How can I avail of a Postbreak holiday?

You will receive a GreatBreaks voucher from your Post Office when you complete a qualifying transaction and can book online or via our reservations centre using your unique reference number.

Can I have a list of hotels?

Because there are so many hotels in the promotion and as availability varies by location, we do not provide lists, the best way to explore your options is by logging onto the website www.postbreaks.ie and searching by date.

Are all the hotels of good standard?

All hotels in this promotion are of 3 or 4 star minimum of standard.

Reservations and Payment
Can I book a break during July/August?

Yes but as this is peak season it is advisable to book early.

How do I pay?

You will need a debit/credit card to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €12.10 per person plus a card processing fee of €1.50 per break will apply. You pay the balance to the hotel, you can choose to pay the hotel by cash or credit/debit card. See Terms and Conditions for full payment details.

Can I specify my room type?

Most of the hotels in the promotion offer double or twin rooms. Some hotels offer family rooms, these rooms have 1 or 2 extra beds and can be booked online or via the call centre.

What Do I need to complete a reservation?

To book a Postbreak you will require a GreatBreaks voucher number and credit/debit details

If you are booking online you will receive a confirmation number when your booking is complete, please either print this out or make a note of the confirmation number. If you are booking via the reservations centre, you will receive a number, please bring this along with your GreatBreaks voucher to the hotel.

Check in is 3pm and check out is noon.

What if I am arriving late?

Your booking is guaranteed which means the hotel will hold your room for you on the first night however it is advisable to call them to let them know you will be late.
