The Postbreaks promotion allows An Post customers to avail of great value hotel breaks once they have a completed Postbreaks voucher, the completed voucher must be presented to the hotel on check in.

The Postbreaks promotion is available to those who pay a bill through An Post’s BillPay service and provide their Home or Motor Insurance renewal dates and who receive a Postbreaks voucher.

The current promotion runs in Post Offices nationwide from March 22nd to June 30th vouchers redeemed at post offices during this period can be used to book hotel breaks until August 31st 2010. Unused vouchers will expire on August 31st 2010.

Prices

Dublin Hotel Breaks
2 nights bed and breakfast €99 per person sharing, this rate applies from September 30th to December 23rd 2010, either midweek or at weekends.

2 Night Weekend Hotel Breaks
2 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening €99 per person sharing.

3 Night Midweek Breaks
3 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening €99 per person sharing.

2 Night Spa Weekend Breaks
2 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening plus a 30 minute signature spa treatment per person sharing.

2 Night Golf Weekend Breaks
2 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening plus one round of golf (18 holes) per person sharing.

3 Night Midweek Spa Breaks
3 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening plus one signature 30 minute spa treatment per person sharing.

3 Night Midweek Golf Breaks
3 nights bed and breakfast and table d’Hote dinner on one evening plus one round (18 holes) of golf per person sharing.

Accommodation is free of charge for children aged 10 years or under when sharing with 2 adults ( maximum 2 children per room), subject to availability.

Holiday Homes

Up to 7 nights self catering for up to 6 people €299 per break (excluding July/August). The July/August rate is €499.

Heat and Electricity charges are extra and must be paid directly to the Holiday Home on departure. Rates will vary depending on the Holiday Home booked, however, €10 per day for each can be used as a general guide. Holiday Homes will require a security deposit on arrival of up to €150.00, which is refunded to you on departure. Security Deposits may be higher during special events and holiday periods.

All extra charges will be fully communicated via the confirmation provided to you by your chosen holiday home, post booking.

Guest arrival time is after 4:00pm and departure time is before 10:00am. Additional nights or services availed of must be paid directly to the Holiday Home.

Once you have booked your break, your Holiday Home will send you on full confirmation details along with check-in process and their terms and conditions separately.

Meals

The Dublin breaks offer includes breakfast each morning.

The Hotel breaks offer include breakfast each morning and a table D’Hote dinner on one evening.

Breakfast for children is charged at €5 per child and evening meals are charged at the applicable childrens menu rate at the hotel.

How to Book a Break

www.postbreaks.ie or www.anpost.ie/postbreaks, you can book online 24 hours a day, you will need your Postbreaks voucher number to make a booking.

CallSave 1850 20 60 70 (national CallSave rates apply), the reservations office is open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.

Payment Options

Credit Card/Laser

A booking deposit with a debit or credit card will be necessary to secure your booking. The non-refundable booking deposit of €12.10 per person is included in the cost of your break. A card processing fee of €1.50 per room booked will be charged to your card. The balance of the break is payable to the hotel at departure.

Changes/Transfers and Cancellations

Changes and transfers to your booking can be made up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your break and will incur an administration fee, for each room booked, equal to the deposit paid. Changes will only be made via the reservations centre on 1850 20 60 70.

Cancellations will incur the loss of your booking deposit in all cases. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to 6pm on your scheduled day of arrival may result in 50% of the cost of the break being deducted from your credit card/debit card in accordance with the hotel’s terms and conditions for this offer.

If you cancel your break via the reservations centre, your Postbreaks voucher will be valid to book again.

If you do not arrive for a confirmed booking, the hotel may charge 50% of the cost of the break which will be deducted from your credit/debit card in accordance with the hotel’s terms and conditions for this offer.

Terms and Conditions General

The current promotion runs from March 22nd to June 30th 2010, your voucher can be used to book breaks from now until August 31st 2010 and your break can be taken anytime until December 2010.

By participating in the Postbreaks promotion you agree to the terms and conditions below.

A. The Postbreaks promotion is available to those who pay a bill through An Post’s BillPay service and provide their Home or Motor Insurance renewal dates and who receive a Postbreaks voucher.

B. The Postbreaks promotion is a customer reward promotion operated by Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin. Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited acts as an agent in the provision of accommodation under the Postbreaks promotion. By participating in the promotion you agree to allow Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited to pass on your information to the accommodation being booked on your behalf in order to complete the booking process.

C. By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for accommodation is between you and the hotel only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to booking errors, oversights or delays in booking accommodation or the standard of the accommodation or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the accommodation.

D. By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by customers due to overbooking errors, oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues at participating accommodations for which they have no direct responsibility. In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues during your break please inform your accommodation during your stay, so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.

F. The prices quoted apply for breaks booked and taken during the promotion.

G. A booking deposit of €12.10, already included in the price, will be charged to your payment card when booking a Postbreak, the balance is payable to your hotel on departure.

H. A credit/laser card processing fee of €1.50 per room booked will apply.

I. Changes to your booking will carry an administration fee equal to the deposit paid. Cancellations will incur the loss of your booking deposit.

G. The offer is subject to promotional availability and this may be more limited during public holidays and peak holiday periods.

K. Postbreak vouchers issued between the March 22nd 2010 and June 30th 2010 can be redeemed up until 31st August 31st 2010.

L. The accommodation available through the promotion is one of the following:

• 3 nights midweek B&B + 1 evening meal (outside Dublin)
• 2 nights weekend B&B + 1 evening meal (outside Dublin)
• 2 nights B&B and no evening meal (in Dublin)
• 3 nights midweek B&B + 1 evening meal + 1 spa treatment
• 3 nights midweek B&B + 1 evening meal + 1 round of golf
• 2 nights weekend B&B + 1 evening meal + 1 spa treatment
• 2 nights weekend B&B + 1 evening meal + 1 round of golf

M. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
